Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, quartered, pits removed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender (Vitamix is the best) and purée until creamy & smooth. Devour. 🙂
