Tahini and Chickpea Cookies

Check out these secretly good for you treats made with chickpea flour and tahini! πŸ™‚


3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup tahini
1 cup garbanzo (chickpea) flour
1 egg Β & 1 egg yolk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips or anything you would like to add

Preheat oven to 325 Blend the coconut sugar, maple syrup, oil, and tahini until you get a smooth consistency. Add eggs and vanilla and combine again. Add the salt, flour, baking powder and combine well. Mix in chocolate chips or nuts, dried fruits, chia seeds, you name it, and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
