Black Cherry Crepes

I love the color on this old favorite and by making them with almond flour it’s a healthier way to spend your Sunday brunch. Feel free to load these puppies up with fruits galore and maybe a little almond butter.

1 cup Plain Flour

1 + 1/2 cups of Almond Mill

Pinch Salt

2 Tbs melted Coconut Oil Few tbs of Oil for frying

1 cup of black cherries, cooked with a tiny it of sweetener

Mix the above ingredients in a mixing bowl with a whisk until smooth, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until you are ready to cook. Lightly oil a non stick frying pan over a medium heat then add enough batter to cover the surface over than pan, you can use the back of the ladle to spread the batter, cook until golden on each side, then serve with sweet or savoury filling. I served mine with  coconut yogurt!
