Passion Fruit Crêpes by @avantgardevegan 💚
1 cup Plain Flour
1 + 1/2 cups of Almond Mill
2 Tbs melted Coconut Oil Few tbs of Oil for frying
Simply mix the above ingredients in a mixing bowl with a whisk until smooth, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until you are ready to cook. Lightly oil a non stick frying pan over a medium heat then add enough batter to cover the surface over than pan, you can use the back of the ladle to spread the batter, cook until golden on each side, then serve with sweet or savoury filling. I served mine with passion fruit coulis & coconut yoghurt!
