Watermelon Daiquiri

Summer is all about enjoying life with a few friends and a few drinks. This easy recipe can be whipped up in seconds and enjoyed any time of day with or without alcohol (I got a few comments about that on my pina colada smoothie recipe) it just depends on how you enjoy it. Watermelons are so full of water (hence the name) so they are a great way to stay hydrated in the blazing heat. Give this recipe a try and let us know what you think. ❤


Watermelon chunks

Coconut water


Blend it all together and garnish it with some mint. It’s that easy! If you’d like to skip the ice, so it doesn’t become diluted as they melt in the sunshine, you can also pre-freeze the chunks of watermelon and blend them up with a splash of coconut water. The amounts depend on how thick or thin you like it. You are also welcome to strain the juice so it is pulp free, personally I love the texture. The more magnificent the glass, the better. 🙂
